We will go from seed to GROWN to plate, experiencing a vital part of Oklahoma’s agriculture economy, the wheat industry. This is a unique opportunity to see the wheat seed from a scientific start, to growing, to harvesting/storage, to milling, and to our plates. This is a TRUE farm to fork experience, right in Enid, Oklahoma (& surrounding area)!
