Oklahoma's Conference for Dietetic and Nutrition Professionals

This annual event is an opportunity for nutrition and dietetic professionals and students to learn, network, and connect with vendors. We also host our annual awards reception recognizing outstanding service.

Seeking Speaker Proposals

We are now seeking proposals for conference sessions that are engaging, educational, and evidence-based.
We are looking for speakers and topics that are thought-provoking and address a variety of challenges dietetic professionals face today. If you or a colleague would be a good fit to present, please follow the link below to submit a proposal.
Deadline for submission is 5:00 CT on Friday, October 31, 2025. 
Speaker RFP Form

Speaker(s) will be notified via email by December 2025 whether or not their proposal was accepted. Speakers will be expected to present their session to convention attendees on their assigned day and time. For questions, email co********@*************ma.org.

Research Poster Submission

Abstract must include:

  • Title
  • Author(s): Please include name and credentials
  • Objective
  • Methods
  • Results: Outcomes should be measurable
  • Summary All posters must be based on research
  • Abstracts are limited to 750 words and submitted via the Google Form only.

 

Open to students and non-students, but judging and cash prizes are only available for students. 

Abstracts are due Friday, March 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
