OKAND Scholarship Application is Open
Each year, the Oklahoma Academy awards scholarships to deserving students pursuing undergraduate and advanced degrees in dietetics or food and nutrition-related areas.
To receive a scholarship, membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is required. For information on how to become a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, please visit eatrightpro.org.
The application will close at 11:59 p.m. January 31, 2025.

Every year, OKAND honors deserving Member Students. We celebrate their accomplishments during the Spring Convention.

The Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) is the accrediting agency for education programs preparing students for careers as registered dietitian nutritionists or nutrition and dietetics technicians, registered. Academy Foundation Scholarships
The Academy Foundation awards many scholarships to Academy Student Members. The Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics sponsors the $1000 Oklahoma Presidents Scholarship, which is awarded to an Oklahoma resident. It honors and memorializes the four past Academy presidents from Oklahoma: the late Mary Zahaskey, Esther Winterfeldt, the late Edna Page Langholz, and Donna Watson.
