The Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics reserves the right to reject any exhibitor or sponsor whose displays or advertisements do not meet high standards. It is expressly understood and agreed, and the exhibitor and/or sponsor agrees by accepting these contract terms that he/she will make no claim of any kind against the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics or any part of the other sponsoring organizations or any of their employees or members for any loss, theft, damage to or destruction of goods or property from any cause whatever prior, during, or subsequent to: or in connection with the said trade show / convention; nor for any injury that may occur to him/herself or his/her employees while at the convention site, nor for any damages an any nature or character whatsoever, and such exhibitors will hold the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics harmless from any claim of any nature whatsoever, including any function sponsored by the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Spring Convention (virtual or not virtual).
