The 2025 Spring Convention will take place at the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Online Registration closes on Sunday, April 6 at 11:59 p.m.
All cancellations or requests for refunds must be submitted on or before March 25, 2025, in writing to co********@ea**************.org. Registrations will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after the March 25 cancellation deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
